Bid 26-11 Elevator/Wheelchair Lift Inspection, Testing and General Repairs (Annual Contract)

The intent of these specifications is to solicit formal sealed bids from qualified firms to establish a contract, through competitive bidding to provide elevator and wheelchair lift inspections, maintenance and repair services, on a time and materials basis. Services will be provided on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week basis. The resulting contract will be primarily used by and administered by the Maintenance Department of the Savannah Chatham County Public School System, as assigned by the Savannah Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) or its representative in relation to Elevator Inspection, Testing and General Repairs on an ¿as needed¿ basis. Any deviations from these specifications must be clearly noted by the bidder. Adequate information to allow the Board to evaluate those exceptions must be submitted with the bid.
