Greater Fleming County Regional Water Commission is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

50 0,000 Gallon Elevated Tank Repaint

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Greater Fleming County Regional Water Commission office located at 9147 Garrett Run Road, Vanceburg, Kentucky , until Tuesday , June 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Repainting and minor repairs to the 50 0,000 Gallon Elevated Tank. Time allowed for completion is 60 conse cutive calendar days.

The Issuing Office for Bidding Documents is HMB Professional Engineer, LLC, 3 HMB Circle, Frankfort, KY 40601 .  Prospective bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the following places:

This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of te Infrastructure and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, §§ 70901-70953.  Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States.
