Project Description: The Erie County Manager of Procurement, Room #106, Erie County Courthouse, Erie, PA 16501, will conduct a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Facility Walk Through on October 14th, 2026 at 10:00 AM to review specifications and bid requirements available at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com for the HVAC Maintenance Service Contract for the Erie County Prison.
The Pre-Bid Conference and Facility Walk Through is a Mandatory Requirement for all potential bidders and will be held at the following location:
Erie County Prison
1618 Ash St.
Erie, PA 16503
Sealed bids submitted for the above will be received electronically via PennBid and opened on October 22nd, 2026 at 10:30 AM by the Office of the County Controller, Erie County Courthouse, 140 West 6th Street, Room #107, Erie, PA 16501.
