This addendum is being sent to all perspective bidders to clarify the payment of invoice(s) and scope of work.
Payment Clause: The design builder, upon completion of work, shall be responsible for providing invoice(s) to the Jackson
County Family Court Accounting Department located at 625 E. 26th Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 for approval of payment.
Invoice can be e-mailed in a PDF to accountspayable@courts.mo.gov
Payment(s) will be made within 30 days after approval of invoice(s) and submission of Certified Payroll and Compliance
Affidavit is completed to the Purchasing Department. Since this process can be time consuming, no late payment fees
shall apply.
Alternate cost to remove the concrete pillar assuming no electrical connections. $
At the entrance drive, concrete will start at 12-foot wide (between tree and
yellow pedestal) and expand out to 18 foot running the length of building to entrance drive by Detention doors.
Concrete to butt up to building utilizing an expansion joint between building and concrete drive.
This addendum is therefore and hereby acknowledged and shall become part of this Invitation for Bid and any subsequent
awarded contract. All previous paragraphs of bid 10013354 shall still apply!
