The City of Perry, Georgia (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
PERRY CREEKWOOD PARK
Project Number: 240269
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Perry City Hall located at 1211 Washington
Street, Perry, Georgia 31069, until Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM. local time. At that time the Bids
received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
The removal of existing asphalt pad and construction of new pickleball courts. Work includes
pavement demolition and haul off, grading, concrete edging and footings, asphalt paving,
athletic surface coating and striping, new chain-link fence, small shade structures, sports
netting, and seating.

bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
