BID 26-0047-5 Colonel Estill Drainage Improvements

The project is in the unincorporated Chatham County on Isle of Hope along Colonel Estill Avenue.
The work consists of removal of existing pipes and structures, installation of stormwater pipes and
structures, construction or modification of open channels, utility adjustments, and associated work
as shown on the plans. Traffic will be impacted but roadway and property access must be
maintained unless otherwise directed. Capacity for stormwater flow must be maintained, although
temporary blockages are acceptable. Erosion and sedimentation control plans are provided and
must be implemented prior to and maintained during construction. Coordination with utility
providers is also included.
