Bid Opening Date (Revised): August 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM via video-teleconference.

The following changes and clarifications are applicable to the referenced project and are now part

of the contract documents. As a result of the timing of the below question, the bid opening date is

revised to Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

The following question has been asked over the phone and is answered below:

Q: If I select paper Bid Guaranty Bond, it calls for the bond to be uploaded in the required document

section. However, there is no Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond document upload field in the

required document section.

A: “The required documents list has been updated to allow for your preferred bonding document to be

uploaded.”

Additional questions must be submitted before 10:00 AM on August 14, 2026 to receive a

response.
