Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Director of Business Affairs at Concordia Parish School District, 508 John Dale Drive, Vidalia, Louisiana 71373, or electronically by online submission at mc3lroyarchplans.com until 2:00 P.M., CST on March27, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for:

Bid documents are being made available via electronic copy. Plan holders are required to register for an account at www.m3aarchplans.com to view Bid Documents. They may be obtained electronically contact Plan House Printing for cost of electronic files. Printed copies are not available through the Architect. Plan holders will be responsible for their own reproduction cost. Questions regarding website registration and online orders please contact Plan House Printing at (662)407-0193. All Contractors who intend to submit a BID are required to attend the mandatorypre-bidconference scheduled for 11:00 AM on March 18, 2025 at Ferriday High School 801 EE Wallace Blvd, Ferriday, Louisiana.
The successful bidder will be allowed One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days from the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed to complete the base bid scope of the project. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500 per day for each calendar day the work is not substantially complete.
Any public entity advertising for public work shall use only the Louisiana Uniform Bid Form as promulgated in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or a Bid Bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana.
