Bid C25-08 Epoxy Floor Refinishing at New Hampstead K-8 School

The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (¿SCCPSS¿) would like to take this opportunity to announce that it is requesting bids for Bid # C25-08 ¿ Epoxy Floor Refinishing @ New Hampstead K-8 School.

Enclosed is an Invitation to Bid (¿ITB¿) packet, which provides instructions for the submission of Bids and identifies the goods and/or services requested by the SCCPSS.

All Bids should be submitted electronically through e-Builder, an online procurement platform that is made available at no cost to all potential bidders at the following web address:

The deadline for submission of Bids shall be 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and examined. Bids received after 10:59:59:99 A.M. on the due date will not be accepted. This public opening will be accomplished through the posting on the SCCPSS¿s website of the bid tabulation form generated by the e-Builder program. Time is of the essence, and any Bid received after this deadline for submission will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bids are timely received. The time of receipt shall be determined by the time stamp assigned by the e-Builder program. Please include with your bid all documents requested by this solicitation, including, but not limited to, a copy of your firm¿s current business license and certificate of insurance. Failure to include all the information and/or documents requested by this solicitation could result in the bid not being considered by the SCCPSS.

An Optional Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled to be held at New Hampstead K-8 School, 1700 Highgate Blvd., Bloomingdale, GA 31302 on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.
