BID 2025-31 BEAR BRANCH PUMP STATION UPGRADES PHASE I FORCE MAIN

1.2        Scope of Work
The work to be performed and provided under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, safety equipment, permitting, erosion and sedimentation control measures, taxes, profit, overhead, and other costs and effort required to complete the following:

Installation of approximately 1,110 LF of 12¿ DR11 HDPE sewer force main, 5,150 LF 12¿ DR17 HDPE sewer force main, 230 LF 12¿ C900 DR25 PVC sewer force main, 1,570 LF 10¿ C900 DR25 PVC sewer force main, , and 140 LF 6¿ C900 DR25 PVC sewer force main along with associated fittings, valves, connections and all appurtenances. Approximately 1100 LF of 12¿ HDPE will be installed via horizontal directional bore under Mossy Creek and associated wetlands. The time allotted for substantial completion of the work is 150 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and the time allotted for final completion of work is 180 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.

Contractor will be required to coordinate all work with the City of Perry and other utility owners who have facilities within the project corridor. The project will be managed by GWES, LLC. located at 733 Carroll Street, Perry, GA 31069, telephone number (706) 765-8767.

All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
