Bid 25-109 Bay Trees Park Access Improvement Proj_CIP 1-006.01/CAP20002

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, trail repairs located along the north and northwest border of Palomares Hills Park in Castro valley, California. Trail repairs include replacement of the existing AC paved trail, site drainage improvement along the trail path, and installation of short debris walls located along the inboard edge of the trail.  Project includes REPAIR of lawn or landscaped surfaces, and irrigation affected by construction.

A mandatory bidders’ conference will be held on September 30, 10am.

on-site at Bay Trees Park, Address: 19855 Cull Canyon Rd, Castro Valley, CA 94546.

All participants are required to sign in at the pre-bid conference.  The on-site, in-person conference is expected to take approximately one hour. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible.
