Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on October 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time for this project, at which time bids will be opened and read.

Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on October 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Parking and Entry to City Hall: Free visitor parking is provided in the Intermodal Facility (parking deck) at 2230 7th Street. Access City Hall through the 4th-floor skywalk entrance to Security.

Project Scope: Interior renovations to the first floor lobby of the City Hall Annex 3. Includes a new security desk, finish upgrades, reconfiguration of one office, and associated electrical and mechanical work.

Award of the contract will be made within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.

Plans and Specifications: Plans and specifications and all related Contract Documents are open for public inspection at Ward Scott Morris Architecture, Inc., designated as the office of the awarding authority for this purpose, located at 1606 Paul W. Bryant Drive, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. Digital PDF documents may be downloaded free of charge at and hard copy plans, specifications and other elements of the contract documents may be ordered from the same website and picked up at 2806 Greensboro Avenue, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35401.
