The St. Tammany Parish School Board is requesting bids from publications wishing to serve as the
Official Journal of the School Board for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 in accordance with Louisiana Revised
Statutes 43:140 through Louisiana Revised Statutes 43:150.
Bids submitted shall be stated as price per column inch of eight (8) point type in order to meet the
required standard of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of "per square of one hundred (100) words".
In addition, include the following information as part of your bid:
1. Date newspaper was established
2. Amount of paid circulation
3. Geographical area of circulation
4. Location of printing facilities
5. Frequency of publication and lead time required for submission of copy prior to each publication date
6. Type of mailing permit
7. Copy of "Statement of Ownership, Management and Circulation" (most recent)
8. Cost to provide a print or digital copy tear sheet for each publication date with invoice
9. Cost to provide an affidavit, if required
Please be advised that the successful bidder will be expected to furnish a "print or digital copy tear
sheet" for all advertisements, minutes, notices, etc., for each publication date, with each invoice to the
St. Tammany Parish School Board. An affidavit will only be required if one is requested.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 23, 2026 from
newspapers wishing to apply for the right to act as Official Journal of the St. Tammany
Parish School Board for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
Additional information and specifications will be furnished prospective bidders
upon request at the School Board Office. Bid documents can also be found on
www.stpsb.org/bids and www.centralbidding.com.
Each bid shall be sealed in an envelope clearly marked on the outside, "BID #1893
TO ACT AS OFFICIAL JOURNAL - APRIL 23, 2026."
Bids will be received at the office of the St. Tammany Parish School Board, 321
N. Theard Street, Covington, Louisiana 70433, and at the time stipulated above, all bids
on hand will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after date and hour
shown above will be returned unopened to the bidder.
The St. Tammany Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all
