BID 1880A Building E Roof Replacemen

Project Description: Atlantic Cape Community College is soliciting sealed bids for the roof replacement of Building E located on the Mays Landing Campus. The scope of work includes the complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing system, installation of tapered insulation, replacement of deteriorated wood blocking and metal decking (as needed), and all related flashing, drainage, and trim work. A $30,000 contingency allowance is included. Unit pricing for specified materials is required. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and all applicable New Jersey public contracting statutes.
NO ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All sealed bids must be physically delivered to the attention of the Purchasing Department, Atlantic Cape Community College, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing, NJ 08330 by the deadline stated in the bid documents.
Project completion date is expected by May 1st, 2026.
