Bicentennial Park Pavilion C and Roof Replacements

Project Description: Proposals for the East Allen Township Bicentennial Park Pavilion C and Roof Replacements Project will be received online via the PennBid Program by East Allen Township, Northampton County until 1:00 p.m. prevailing time on October 1, 2026. At that time, proposals will be publicly opened via PennBid at the Township Engineer’s Office, Hanover Engineering Associates, Inc., 252 Brodhead Road, Suite 100, Bethlehem, PA 18017-8944.
Final questions are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 25, 2026.
The work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, and supervision for the removal and replacement of Pavilion C and the replacement of the roofing for Pavilion A, Pavilion B, the Restroom Building, and the Maintenance Building at Bicentennial Park in East Allen Township, Northampton County, PA.

The proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashier’s check, or other security acceptable, to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total Base Bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the Bid opening date except as permitted by law and may not be withdrawn during this period. Bidders must Bid on all items listed on the Bid Form.
The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Act of August 15, 1961 (P.L. 9 87), as amended, known as the “Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act” and the Regulations issued pursuant thereto by the Department of Labor and Industry. The Contractor shall include these requirements in all subcontracts for the project. Specific requirements for bidding are described in the Bidding Documents.
East Allen Township reserves the right at its option to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all Bids, and to accept or reject any or all parts of the Bids which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Township.
