BHS-Prevalence of Adulterants (Opioids) Marketing RFP/DHHS-PSA-BHS-2503 May-23-2025

The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Behavioral Health Services (BHS) is seeking proposals from qualified marketing or communication firms and/or teams to develop and design marketing materials that will increase community awareness of the Prevalence of Adulterants in street drugs (this project is being funded by the Opioid Settlement). After selecting the successful proposer, BHS will negotiate a Professional Services agreement to provide services in 2025-2026. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this RFP process.
