The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 149, is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the BHS Norlake Freezer Power Pack Rebuild.

Quotes are due on June 25 th , 2026 until 12:00 PM (noon) to Sarah Carroll via email at

Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. Payment bonds are required. The vendor shall include the cost of the bonds and permits in the bid. Quotes that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its quote is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that quotes are sent in advance of the due date and time. Late quotes will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
