BG LOWER WAREHOUSE HVAC UPGRADE

THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO FURNISH ALL SUPERVISION, LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (EXCEPT FOR SERVICES, MATERIALS AND/OR EQUIPMENT TO BE FURNISHED BY OTHERS AS SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS) AND PERFORM ALL OPERATIONS REQUIRED FOR DESIGN/ BUILD BG WAREHOUSE HVAC RETROFIT/UPGRADEE FOR THE AUTHORITY'S BLENHEIM-GILBOA POWER PLANT LOCATED IN NORTH BLEINHEIM, NY.

This project will replace the current Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC system that supports all office spaces in the Warehouse Complex building with traditional in-ceiling water source heat pumps, utilizing a closed-circuit cooler for heat removal and an electric boiler as the heat source for the facility

Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk. Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Bid Document. This contract may be fulfilled by a Sub Contract, Joint Venture or Co-Production arrangement.

A Site Visit (Pre-Bid Tour) will be scheduled for this project. Information pertaining to the site visit is located in the RFP. Bidders must have commensurate experience.
