The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of a qualified contractor to conduct Phase 4 sampling and laboratory analysis of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in drinking water systems across the Commonwealth of Virginia. This initiative, led by the Virginia Department of Health, Office of Drinking Water (VDH ODW), focuses on small public water systems (PWS) that rely on groundwater and serve populations of 10,000 or fewer.
