NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The School Board of Brevard County, Florida , henceforth referred to as the District or School Board is accepting sealed responses for Beverage Vending - non student areas ( 26-0992-B-MC ).
Project Overview
The School Board of Brevard County, Florida (BPS) is seeking qualified and responsible Bidders to provide, install, operate, service, and maintain beverage vending machines exclusively in teachers’ lounges and other authorized non student areas, on an as needed basis.
The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is 10:00 am on Friday, May 1, 2026 .
Sealed responses for furnishing the above will be accepted up to 10:00 am on Friday, May 15, 2026 .
NOTE: Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. Respondents shall not be permitted to hand-deliver, mail, telephone, fax or email offers.
Responses received after the submission deadline and/or transmitted outside of the designated OpenGov e-Procurement Platform shall be rejected.
