The Project consists of the interior renovations at an existing occupied structure located at 240 Kensington Road, Berlin, CT to provide for new program space for the Berlin Police Department.
The Town, founded in 1785, covers an area of 27.0 square miles, and is located in the geographic center of the state in Hartford County.
