Berlin-Peck Library Reroofing Project
The Town of Berlin, CT is seeking qualified contractors to perform reroofing and related work at the Berlin-Peck Library. The selected contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of the existing roofing materials, the installation of new roofing systems, and any related construction tasks. Electronically sealed responses will be accepted via the Town’s OpenGov Procurement portal until 10:00a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at which time they will be automatically opened.
