Berkeley Middle School Interior Renovations-Paint and Carpet

Williamsburg/James City County Public Schools is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified and experienced professional contractors licensed in the state of Virginia with the demonstrated capability and capacity for Interior Renovation of Berkeley Middle School as described in this Invitation for Bids.

The Work under this Project for Interior Renovation of Berkeley Middle School consists of demolition and removal of some existing casework, removal and replacement of carpeting, and painting of some walls and door/window frames. The painting also includes the painting of interior concrete masonry unit wall assemblies, and gypsum board assemblies, as noted in the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.

The scope also includes an additive-alternate to replace casework in the Media Center.
