2026 Berkeley Drive Multi-Use Path

The City of Clemson is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Berkeley Drive Multi-Use Path. The proposed scope of work includes, but is not limited to: the demolition of approximately 5,742 LF of sidewalk and asphalt sections; the installation of 7,650 LF of 10 ft multi-use trail with curb & gutter; the removal of a select number of trees; minor grading; minor utility relocation/adjustments; and the demolition of a residential structure.

Two (2) non-mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held on March 31, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST and on April 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST. The site visits will begin in Ashley Dearing Park, located at 1020 Berkeley Drive, Clemson, SC 29631.

Bids will be received until April 22, 2026, 2:00 p.m. EST and promptly thereafter all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud. The deadline for questions is April 15, 2026, 2:00 p.m. EST.
