The City of Clemson is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Berkeley Drive Multi-Use Path. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: demo of approx. 5,742 LF of sidewalk & asphalt sections; install of 7,650 LF of 10 ft multi-use trail with curb & gutter; removal of trees; minor grading; minor utility relocation/adjustments; and the demo of a residential structure.
