Design of Ribbed Mussel Beds in both Bergen and Thurston Basins as required under the approved Jamaica Bay CSO LTCP. This Request for Proposal (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
