Description
The City of Savannah will receive bids through the Purchasing Division Supplier Portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Only electronic submissions through the supplier portal will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Floyd Adams Jr. Complex (Room 1079) located at 20 Interchange Drive, Savannah, GA to address any questions and or issues that may arise. You are invited to attend.
The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah promotes equal opportunities for all vendors in city purchases.
