The City of Kent is requesting statement of qualifications for transportation planning and pre-engineering services to support the Benson Corridor 20-Minute Neighborhood Plan. The project will augment the 2044 Comprehensive Plan by assessing existing conditions and recommending and developing projects to make the corridor a more resilient one.

Proposals shall be delivered and received, to the City Clerk’s Office, 220 Fourth Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032-5895, no later than 3:00 p.m. (PST) on May 22, 2026.
