Summary

The City of Charlottesville is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to establish a term contract through competitive negotiation for benefits consulting services for its Department of Human Resources.

Background

There are approximately 1,100 active benefits eligible employees. The City’s benefit plan year is July 1 to June 30. Current benefit offerings and carriers include the following:
