Belt Line Elevated Storage Tank Rehabilitation

The City of Irving Water Utilities department would like to invite local contractors to provide competitive sealed proposals for the work outlined in the following specifications. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, products, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to rehabilitate the Belt Line Elevated Storage Tank, including but not limited to removal and replacement of the interior and exterior coating system, installation of new City logo murals, replacement of piping and valving inside the tank as shown on drawings, replacement of the driveway access gate actuator, and miscellaneous grading, drainage, and electrical improvements.
The above-listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items to complete this project will be installed at the Belt Line Elevated Storage Tank, located at 7600 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75063.
