Bellingham, MA – Prequalification – Hartford Ave Water Treatment Plant PFAS Upgrades

Construction of a new water treatment building south of the existing Hartford Avenue Water Treatment Plant. The new building will include ballasted flocculation pre-treatment systems for total organic carbon removal, (granular activated carbon) pressure vessels for PFAS removal, chemical feed systems, a process water holding tank, and ancillary equipment and controls. The building will also include office space, and a bathroom, provisional space for future PFAS treatment equipment, and associated electrical and mechanical systems. The work of this project shall be substantially complete within 670 calendar days and ready for final payment within 730 calendar days from the date of award.

Bidding for this project will occur after eligible General Contractors and Subcontractors have been prequalified.
