Project Description: The City of Palm Coast is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors for intersection safety improvements along Belle Terre Parkway. Qualified Contractors are those determined to be responsible and responsive in accordance with all requirements of this bid process. The project consists of the installation of turn lanes; curb and gutter; signal improvements; paving; milling and resurfacing; and drainage improvements. The project limits are from the intersection of Belle Terre Pkwy and Royal Palms Pkwy to the Northern intersection of Belle Terre Parkway and Pritchard Dr. The project limit is approximately 2 miles. The project is an off-system project with no impact on the on-system road.
