The Town of Frederick, Colorado (Town) is soliciting proposals from a qualified Civil Engineer to complete a design for a concrete trail and associated landscaping and irrigation along Bella Rosa Parkway/Weld County Road 20 from Sandpiper Drive to Wetland Loop.

It is the intent of the Town to enter into an Independent Consultant Agreement with a qualified Civil Engineer who best meets the needs of this unique project.

Qualifications:

Submittals are sought from Civil Engineers with expertise in hardscape design and drainage, with additional knowledge on right-of-way landscape installations. The information provided will play a significant role in the Town’s selection of the Civil Engineer considered best qualified to execute the project. Upon selection, the Town and successful Civil Engineer will work together to refine the scope of work prior to the execution of an agreement.
