BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) of the Ministry of Forests is seeking proposals from Proponents to provide all materials, equipment and labour necessary to ensure a four-person Accommodation Trailer in the form of a new modular complex (2019 or newer). The modular complex must accommodate four separate sleeper units with two separate washrooms, shared kitchen, laundry and recreation space (kitchen and recreation space may be combined or separate).

BCWS is open to minimal variations from the proposed floorplan configuration and space allotment. Proponents are encouraged to submit multiple proposals if there are various floor plans available, see Appendix F for Trailer Drawing.

The Province is also interested in an option to purchase the four-person Accommodation Trailer.
