Overview
Summary

A retention basin located north of Bell Road, west of the Grand Avenue US 60 overpass, near the Five Guys Restaurant in the Surprise Town Center Shopping area, overflows when it rains causing roadway flooding. This flooding along Bell Road causes multi-lane disruptions resulting in traffic and safety concerns. The Project will install the necessary infrastructure to convey the drainage east to an existing, sufficiently sized, storm water system.
