Bid Synopsis:	The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking bids for services for the administration of telephone survey data collection and related tasks for the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. BRFSS, an ongoing annual public health survey conducted in all states and three U.S. territories, is a collaboration between the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state health departments. Wisconsin has conducted the BRFSS survey according to CDC protocols since 1984 with the assistance of a data collection vendor.
