Behavioral Health Services and Supports (BHSS)

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to identify qualified Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Full Service Partnership service providers. This RFP may result in contracts with multiple Vendors.

The purpose of the RFP is to identify qualified Full Service Partnership Providers and fund those that meet the most BHSA and Stakeholder Driven Goals.

Vendors must submit six (6) copies of their proposal: five (5) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached, but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 036-25”, and delivered by 2:00 p.m. November 20, 2025 to:

Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted. It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered. Note: The unauthorized use of the County’s official logo is strictly prohibited.
