***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.
PURPOSE: Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) requires securely installed artwork that is conducive to creating a calm and healing environment while clients are in the care of their facilities. DCT is seeking responses from businesses that would have the capability of providing image libraries through a portal or website, a team capable of partnering with DCT to assist in the selection or design of artwork and capable of securely installing produced artwork to promote healing environments. The provided installation for wall artwork must be non-breakable, ligature-resistant, and tamper proof to ensure client safety at DCT facilities. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months in increments determined by the State.
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A virtual pre-proposal meeting will take place over Microsoft Teams on October 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. CT. Attendance is optional. Responders may attend the pre-proposal meeting prior to submitting their response. Responders should register by emailing justin.patrick@state.mn.us by October 25, 2024 .
QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD: Questions should be emailed to justin.patrick@state.mn.us by 3:00 p.m. CT, October 31, 2024.
