Summary Details
School District No. 62 (Sooke) invites expressions of interest from experienced childcare operators for
the use of Crystal View Elementary School’s library (146.5 square metres), outdoor play area, and the
school gymnasium to provide before and after school care to children in kindergarten to Grade 5
beginning September 2025. The lease rate is $825.00 per month for a program space for 24 childcare
spots. There are currently two program spaces available at this school. This rate is inclusive of custodial
and utility costs. These rates are subject to annual review by SD62.
