Beeman Park Revitalization

Cosumnes Community Services District is advertising for bids for the revitalization of Beeman Park in Elk Grove, CA.

The project consists of the renovation of an existing park. The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services necessary for the construction of park amenities, including but not limited to the following: clearing, grubbing, demolition, removal of existing equipment, grading, storm drainage, irrigation and potable water modifications, planting, and electrical work. The scope also includes installation of: concrete flatwork, curbs, decomposed granite, site furnishings, a shade structure, play equipment, fitness equipment, lighting, and other appurtenances, as required for a complete project.
