BASE SCOPE OF WORK CONSISTS OF INSTALLATION OF NEW FLUID APPLIED REMEDIAL ROOF COATING AT HIGH BARREL ROOF. SPOT REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING EPDM ROOFING SYSTEM TO BE COMPLETED AT WET AREAS PRIOR TO COATING.
REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF EXISTING SINGLE PLY EPDM ROOFING ASSEMBLIES DOWN TO THE STRUCTURAL DECK. INSTALL NEW SBS-MODIFIED BITUMEN ROOFING SYSTEM AND ALL ACCESSORIES REQUIRED WHERE INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS.
THE BASE SCOPE OF WORK IS ESTIMATED TO COST $350,000.
