The City of Quincy, on behalf of the Department of Public Buildings, invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the BEECHWOOD KNOLL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL UNIT VENTILATOR REPLACEMENTS PROJECT, in accordance with contract documents prepared by BLW Engineers. The work of this contract includes but is not limited to the removal of 10 self-contained DX, remote hot water unit ventilators and replacing with 10 remote VRF, remote hot water unit ventilators. 2 new roof-mounted VRF heat pump condensing units will be installed on the roof. New controls will be installed and integrated into the existing Honeywell Jace via Bacnet. General Bidders must be certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for HVAC.
