The Pittsburgh Housing Development Corporation (PHDC), the non-profit housing development affiliate of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Pittsburgh will receive bids from qualified contractors for the structural stabilization of full rehabilitation of eight vacant units and facades for 7 privately owned units on the 2700 block of Bedford Avenue. The project is located in the Bedford Dwellings neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh.

Bids are due on May 29, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Please see the Invitation For Bids on Ion Wave Technologies .

How to Become an Approved URA Contractor
Once you have registered an account in IWT, you will search for the "URA Contractor
Registration Packet." The quickest way to find it is to use the search function for bid requests.
After the search populates, click the magnifying glass icon to the left. Then, select the tab that
reads "Attachments."
Download all the attachments, complete the application and upload them as "Response
Attachments."
Once your application is received, URA staff will notify you if any additional documentation is
required.
