The Metropolitan District (MDC) is inviting qualified SBE companies to submit bids on Contract Number 2025B-24 for Bedding Sand for the MDC Stockyard and occasionally other MDC locations in the Greater Hartford Connecticut area. SBE firms are firms and/or businesses that are certified by the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Service (DAS) as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and/or (b) certified by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and maintaining its primary office or location in Connecticut.
