Project Description: The approximate project boundaries of the Beckwith-Meadow SDIP are The Plaza to the west, East Sugar Creek Road to the north, Matheson Avenue to the southwest, Shamrock Drive to the southeast, and Briar Creek on the south. This project area is within a drainage area of approximately 566 acres and the improvements include culvert replacements, storm drainage, channel improvements, water and sewer, retaining wall, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, erosion control, and grading.
