Beck -3i, a Joint Venture as Construction Manager at Risk, will be accepting proposals from Subcontractors for the Dallas Lincoln High School-Renovation
The GMP will encompass a building addition and interior renovations.
Trades include, but are not limited to:
Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Millwork, Insulation, Door Repair, Interior and Exterior Glazing, OH doors, Plaster, Interior Ceilings, Drywall, and Finishes.
Some Specialty Areas include Gymnasiums, Locker Rooms, Landscaping, Hardscape, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, and Electrical.
