INVITATION TO BID (ITB)
The purpose of this ITB is to purchase a New or Used Telehandler for our Facilities Department.
SUBMITTING BIDS
All information requested must be completed and submitted digitally via email by Thursday,
February 5, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (MST) through the online Bonfire System (instructions to login and
register and submit a bid are in the link below). You may also hand deliver the bids to the Beaver
County School District in a sealed envelope with the name and number of the solicitation on the
outside of the envelope. Bids will be publicly opened on February 5, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
