The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: habitat improvement by mechanically removing/shredding standing live and dead Pinyon and Juniper trees and saplings with a wheeled or tracked mechanical mulching/shredder (Bullhog) on 1,141 acres of the Sandstone Buute area, near Cane Beds and Mt. Carmel, Utah.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award..
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: Between October 30th, 2025, and March 15th, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
