BD26-41 UV System Maintenance on Utah Fish Hatcheries

Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Maintenance service for the UV systems used in the State's fish hatcheries. The systems to be maintained include but are not limited to Trojan, Sita, and DeNora systems located at hatcheries in Kamas, Springville, and Mammoth Creek, UT. This contract may also be utilized by the hatcheries in Fountain Green and Logan. This contract is for service only and does not include providing parts; the state will be purchasing parts on a separate contract.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the first two years of the contract, then price increase requests will be considered.
