BD26-65 Tree Plot Inventory and Stand Examination Data Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest

The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Tree plot inventory and stand examination data for 997 forest inventory plots in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest using the Common Stand Exam (CSE) extensive format.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: From time of award to June 30th, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
